Once upon a time—in 2022—a little toy shop named Loomey's found its home in Pacific Palisades.
Inside were shelves filled with carefully chosen toys, books, games, and gifts, each one waiting to become part of a child's story.
Before long, something wonderful happened.
Some babies took their very first steps across our floor.
A few children proudly held up the very first tooth they had ever lost.
Kids raced the go-karts, covered the sidewalk in colorful chalk masterpieces, and stopped by after school simply because it felt like their place.
Teenagers clocked in for their very first jobs, learning responsibility, confidence, and the joy of serving their own community.
Birthday traditions began here. Holiday memories were made here. Tiny hands grew bigger, and each year familiar faces walked back through our blue doors just a little taller than before.
In 2025, the Palisades Fire took the little shop that had become home to so many memories.
With grateful hearts, we opened a new chapter later that year in Laguna Beach, welcoming new families while holding tightly to the hope that one day we'd come home.
Because every childhood deserves a place to make memories, we're honored to return home.
